Our Fixed Price Guarantee provides you with fixed site costs including: rock, piering and removal of topsoil and excess fill. These are all the unknown site conditions that can add costs to your build.

The only time your tender price cannot be fixed is when your land is unregistered or contaminated, or if there are new or unknown Council conditions.

If you purchase a home on unregistered land, we can fix your tender before construction starts once we can access your site.
