We pride ourselves on using local trades and suppliers to construct and fit out your home. You can easily visit our suppliers to access their latest range of products to fit your home with the newest fashions and trends. Endless possibilities are at your fingertips when you build with us.

Our standard range of fixtures and fittings will suit any modern home with a finish to be proud of. It’s a level of finish that is great on its own but can be added to if desired. Many features of our standard range are often upgraded with other builders.

Your home is your dream. We allow full customisation of our plans to suit your lifestyle, or we will happily build your own plan. There is no limit on structural or non-structural changes. This gives you confidence that you can achieve the plan you are after with us.

We construct a variety of projects, from sloping sites, acreages, and single-storey and double-storey homes to duplex, dual occupancy, and multi-unit residential sites. We offer you the flexibility to construct your particular development.

Sales Process

Your Build process starts by working with one of our Sales Consultants to select a plan you love, with some unique tweaks to make it your own. Your Sales Consultant will then formalise your building tender and have your new home building contract prepared. You will need to ensure that you have spoken with your bank/mortgage broker at this stage to ensure you have finance pre-approval.

Contract Process

Your contract will be prepared and signed by our Contracts Administrator. At this stage, you will need to pay the final part of your deposit.

Colour Selection Process

This is where you now get to really personalise your home. You will be provided with a series of packs from our office to help you select your external and internal colours. You now have the opportunity to visit our Suppliers directly to see both our standard range of products as well as other products available to you as an upgrade.

Building Approvals and Ordering

Once your contract is signed and the deposit paid, we will arrange all necessary documentation to obtain a construction certificate for your site. You will need to ensure you have unconditional finance at this stage. Before we begin construction, the final thing to do is order all your materials from our suppliers.

Construction

Construction of a home is a process. Your home will unfold before your eyes.

• Slab stage – laying the foundation of your home
• Frame stage – the support structure of your home is built
• Brick stage – the windows, bricks and roof are complete
• Fixout stage – plasterboard is installed; timber trims are on
• Final stage – your home is almost complete
• Collect your keys and move in!
