Easement Schedule
These items we will discuss in detail and the video is for your knowledge of explanation. This we will need an appointment so I can build your knowledge on as these could cost you a lot of money should you not understand what these are. Please understand like buying a car you need to know what type of wheels, colour and interior or You wouldn’t buy, and this land costs approx. maybe 10 times that. ! so please be armed with the knowledge.
Draft Linen Plan
This is the plan drawn by a surveyor for a developer for a development of land. This is in draft until the civil works are completed and council inspect, stamp and send it off to the land and property information to be given a DP number which we call a Registered Deposited Plan. This is now a registered document of the exact title of your land with all correct measurements and sizing with all easements and / or restrictions on your title.
