The Build Process

Sales Process

Your Build process starts by working with one of our Sales Consultants to select a plan you love, with some unique tweaks to make it your own. Your Sales Consultant will then formalise your building tender and have your new home building contract prepared. You will need to ensure at this stage that you have spoken with your bank / mortgage broker to ensure you have finance pre-approval.

Contract Process

Your contract is prepared and signed with our Contracts Administrator. At this stage you will need to pay the final part of your deposit.

Colour Selection Process

This is where you now get to really personalise your home. You will be provided with a series of packs from our office to assist you to select your external and internal colours. You now have the opportunity to visit our Suppliers directly to see both our standard range of products as well as other products available to you as an upgrade.

Building Approvals and Ordering

Once your contract is signed and deposit paid, we will arrange all necessary documentation to obtain a construction certificate for your site. You will need to ensure you have unconditional finance at this stage. The final thing to do before we begin construction is to order all your materials from our Suppliers.

Construction

Construction of a home is a process. Your home will unfold before your eyes.

  1. Slab stage – laying the foundation of your home
  2. Frame Stage – the support structure of your home is built
  3. Brick Stage – the windows, bricks and roof are complete
  4. Fixout Stage – plasterboard is installed; timber trims are on.
  5. Final Stage – your home is almost complete
  6. Collect your keys and move in!
